Unlike traditional agencies, Cathy’s approach is deeply hands-on and human. With a background in music education, she brings a mentor’s mindset to everything she does — guiding artists not just creatively, but personally and professionally. She’s known for helping artists build confidence, stagecraft, and career clarity, while teaching them how to navigate the business behind the music. Her flagship event series, Red Rug Sessions, has become a cornerstone of the local scene — transforming warehouse spaces into sold-out nights of live R&B and hip-hop, and giving emerging artists the kind of production quality, sound, and care usually reserved for major acts.
