Electronic Music A&R Strategy.
Chris Fraser has spent over two decades helping shape Australia's electronic music landscape - and there's very little of it he hasn't experienced firsthand.
As Head of A&R at TMRW Music, Chris has built a reputation for identifying breakthrough talent and helping transform careers. With a finely tuned artistic sensibility and the ability to act as a genuine creative partner to the artists he works with, he brings both instinct and craft to the A&R process. His track record spans Platinum and Gold records and top 10 radio hits with the likes of Timmy Trumpet, Yes Boone, Lost Frequencies, Loud Luxury, Brando, Martin Garrix and Jolyon Petch - across years of artist development and management experience working for labels including Central Station, Onelove, and TMRW Music.
But his experience runs deeper than A&R. On radio, Chris was instrumental in driving the rise of regional network Raw FM and its dance chart-topping compilation series, while also holding down presenter roles at triple j and serving as Music Director for the Ministry of Sound national radio show. As a producer, he's received international airplay and topped club charts with releases and remixes on Vicious, Onelove, Sony Music, Tinted, Central Station, EQ Grey, and Hussle. As a DJ, he's shared stages with and warmed up for Deadmau5, Axwell, The Prodigy, Will I Am, Roger Sanchez, and Felix da Housecat at events like Stereosonic, Big Day Out, and Creamfields, while holding residencies at clubs like Pacha, Chinese Laundry, and Onelove.
What sets Chris apart is his ability to meet artists where they are - and take them further. Drawing on experience across every facet of the music industry, from the studio and the DJ booth to the radio studio and the boardroom, he draws on firsthand experience that goes well beyond the A&R desk.
That rare 360-degree view informs everything: from creative direction and artist development to understanding what makes music connect with audiences at every level. He balances underground credibility with commercial viability not as a theory, but as someone who has navigated both throughout his career. Chris Fraser isn't just an industry guide - he's a trusted ally who has lived the journey he's helping others take.
